SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Packages

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12PM PST through Sunday at 6AM PST, or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Gaia's Cupboard ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Gaia's Cupboard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Packages

While we would like to add international shipping in the future, we do not have the capability at this time. Please check back.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gaia's Cupboard!

We want you to be happy with your items. You may return or exchange your product within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (Gaia's Cupboard is not responsible for damage during shipment. Please see above for instructions if your package is damaged during shipping.) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (Add Relevant Email Address) and instructions will be provided. One of a kind items will be replaced with something as close as possible upon approval.
